Ingredients:
1T cooking oil
500g mince
½ c tomato sauce
½ c sweet chilli sauce
Handful of spaghetti pasta
2 c frozen mixed vegetables
Method:
Put cooking oil in frying pan.
Cook mince through.
Add tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
Cook through.
Cover spaghetti pasta in water and cook until al dente (firm when bitten) then drain.
Put mixed vegetables in pot.
Cover with water and bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain.
Plate up mince, pasta and vegetables. Serve
Hi Ace... Thanks for sharing your recipe. You are very good adding 2 cups of vegetables to your bolognese! I only add olive oil, onion, tomatoes and herbs to my recipe. Have you made this recipe yet? It would be great to see a photo.
