Ingredients:
1T cooking oil
500g mince
½ c tomato sauce
½ c sweet chilli sauce
Handful of spaghetti pasta
2 c frozen mixed vegetables
Method:
Put cooking oil in frying pan.
Cook mince through.
Add tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
Cook through.
Cover spaghetti pasta in water and cook until al dente (firm when bitten) then drain.
Put mixed vegetables in pot.
Cover with water and bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain.
Plate up mince, pasta and vegetables. Serve
