Enviro Day Recap

 For this enviro day we all went up to the duck pond and split up into different groups. I was in a group with Marley and Charlie. We were fixing the holes in the fence around the duck pond by digging some pegs into the fence. We were also checking the traps, putting in the bait and resetting them.

How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

• 1T cooking oil

• 500g mince

• ½ c tomato sauce

• ½ c sweet chilli sauce

• Handful of spaghetti pasta 

• 2 c frozen mixed vegetables

Method:

1. Put cooking oil in frying pan.

2. Cook mince through.

3. Add tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

4. Cook through.

5. Cover spaghetti pasta in water and cook until al dente (firm when bitten) then drain.

6. Put mixed vegetables in pot.

7. Cover with water and bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain.

8. Plate up mince, pasta and vegetables. Serve

Production Reflection

 

I was nervous before I went on stage then I knocked the cup over and it was kinda embarrassing but I was in the back and I just kept going. When it was done and the audience started clapping I felt proud. I felt proud that I achieved my goal that I would participate. My favourite part of the production was having free time all day. Next time I want to sing even louder.
